RAD Cross Country Skills @ Rockwood: Fall 2025

Join us for group Skills Sessions!

RAD Skills Sessions are designed to teach you the skills required to improve your riding techniques, and progress to meet your goals for this adventure sport.

This is an opportunity for you to work on skills with certified Mountain Bike Instructors!

RAdults ages 19+

• Choose your Skills Session(s)!

  • September 22nd, 29th, and October 6th

• Each Session runs from 6 to 7:30pm

About the Coaches

Emily, certified Level 1 BICP & Level 2 PMBIA Mountain Bike Instructor

Renee, certified BICP Mountain Bike Ride Leader

Sally, certified Level 1 BICP Mountain Bike Instructor

Caroline, certified Level 1 BICP Mountain Bike Instructor

Please note, we need a minimum number of participants for these Sessions to run. If we do not have enough RAD people join us, we will offer registered participants a refund.

Meeting Location:

Rockwood Park, Saint John @ Upper Fisher Lakes Parking Lot

Please note, you are responsible for your own trail access ticket or membership:

Recommended at Rockwood Park - Velo NB or Saint John Cycling membership

Please arrive ready to ride at least 15 minutes prior and check-in with our Team. If you are running late, your Leader might already have departed for the trail.
