GROUP SKILLS SESSIONS
Open to the public and catered to a particular crew i.e. Youth, Adults, Women+, etc.

Skills covered include Body Positioning, Speed & Braking, Bike/Body Separation, Selecting your Line
Intermediate
Progression in your riding technique. Skills covered include Technical Descents & Climbs, Front/Rear Wheel Lifts, Cornering at Speed on Flat Corners
Please note, your Instructor will determine the level of proficiency for each course topic, and will work with you to achieve your goals throughout the lesson.
It is very common (across the world) for these Sessions to begin on flat terrain i.e. lawn or basketball court. Please know, this is a tried and tested globally recognized curriculum proven to advance your skills, so please arrive with a rad headspace - ready to absorb as much as you can from our certified Instructors. Time on the trails will follow the progression through skills.

Gaining Confidence in Your Riding!
Our Instructors are here to break down the skills, improve your technique, and encourage you to reach your goals in the sport of mountain biking
Meeting Location: Rockwood Park, Saint John @ Upper Fisher Lakes Parking Lot
Time: 6 to 7:30pm
Please be dressed, ready to ride at 6pm. If you are running late, your Leader might already have departed for the trail. Please arrive on time, so you do not risk missing a Session completely.

If you are joining us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to prepare yourself and your bike before the Session begins.
